Urine Drug Screen Program
You are required to call (414) 727-3393 or toll free (888) 289-8386, ext. 6 on Mondays through Fridays to check if you need to report for a urine drug screen for that day. If your phase is scheduled for a urine drug screen on that day, you must report to the Probation Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please make sure to listen carefully for your phase as more than one phase may be called for a urine screen on the same day. Should you have any questions regarding the call-in procedure, recorded message, etc. Please call your supervising officer. |
